3.1 Welcome Bonus
Newly registered members who make their first deposit are eligible for a Welcome Bonus of up to RM388. This bonus is subject to a 5x rollover requirement on the total deposit plus bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. The bonus must be used within 30 days of the credit date. 3.2 Bonus Eligibility Terms

4.1 Bet Confirmation
A bet is only considered valid once you receive confirmation from the system woc44 that the bet has been successfully placed. If a connection drop or technical issue occurs during the confirmation process, please check the "Bet History" section in your account to verify the status of that bet before placing another one.
4.2 Match Results
Match results are determined based on the official outcome published by the relevant sporting body. For football, results are determined at the end of 90 minutes of regular time (excluding extra time and penalties unless stated otherwise). 4.3 Postponed or Cancelled Matches
If a match is postponed and does not resume within 12 hours of the scheduled start time, all bets on that match will be fully refunded to your account. 4.4 Odds Errors
woc44 strives to ensure the accuracy of displayed odds. However, in the event of a technical error resulting in clearly unreasonable odds being shown (for example, odds of 100.0 on a heavy favourite), woc44 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds and return the wagered amount to your account.
4.5 Live Betting
During live betting sessions, odds can shift rapidly based on how a match unfolds. A bet confirmed at specific odds is final — even if the odds change after confirmation. In certain situations during live betting, woc44 may temporarily suspend bet acceptance for odds adjustment purposes. This is standard practice and does not indicate a technical issue.
